Heating has been part of what we do since the beginning — we hold a C-20 warm-air heating licence alongside the C-36 plumbing licence, which is why plumbing and heating have always appeared together on our sign.
A furnace that has sat unused through a mild Ventura County summer is worth checking before the first cold snap, rather than on the night it will not light.
Servicing all makes and models
We service all makes and models. Routine servicing is about catching the things that fail — ignition, the flame sensor, a clogged filter restricting airflow, a blower that is struggling — before they leave you without heat.
Combustion safety
Any gas-fired appliance needs its venting and combustion to be right. A flame burning yellow instead of blue, or scorching around the burner, is a signal to have the unit looked at rather than kept running.
Repair or replace
On an older furnace there comes a point where continued repairs stop being good value. We will give you a straight read on where yours sits rather than pushing a replacement you do not need.
