Trenchless Sewer Replacement

Trenchless methods renew a sewer line through small access points at either end instead of a trench along its whole length. Where it is suitable, it saves the driveway, the mature landscaping, and a great deal of restoration work.

It is one of the four specialities painted on our trucks, alongside repiping, tankless water heaters and video inspection.

Whether trenchless is an option

It depends on the line. A pipe that has collapsed completely, lost its grade, or has severe offsets at the joints may not be a candidate. A camera inspection is the only way to know — which is why the inspection always comes first.

Less to put back afterwards

The real saving is often not the plumbing but the restoration. Concrete, pavers, irrigation and established planting are expensive to reinstate, and trenchless work leaves most of it untouched.

A new line, not a patch

Done properly, trenchless replacement leaves you with a continuous new pipe with no joints for roots to find — which is what the old clay line's weak point always was.
